Teken vir my ’n vliegtuig tells the story of the German bomber pilot who unknowingly shot down the Lockheed P-38 Lightning of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, author of The Little Prince. The production takes the audience back to the 1940s, during which two significant events occurred: the writing of The Little Prince and the death of its author. The action unfolds in modern-day Germany, where the elderly bomber pilot discovers that he unknowingly killed a celebrated literary figure.
