Weston-Farman Biplane replica at Sci-Ed
An event that will inform participants on the conceptualisation and construction of the Weston-Farman Biplane scale exhibit in Sci-Ed. This exhibit is a replica of the first aeroplane built by a South African in 1906 in the then called Brandfort, a rural town in the Free State province. The presentation will touch on the following aspects:
