No Thank You to Obesity

No Thank You to Obesity is a practical, South African calorie-counting guide designed to make sustainable weight loss simple and realistic. The 200-page book walks you through the process of calculating your own daily calorie needs, helping you understand exactly how to create a calorie deficit that fits your lifestyle, without strict dieting or confusion. The book focuses on real food, flexibility, and building long-term habits rather than restrictive dieting.

Marinda Engelbrecht, Chané Bothma (RD, SA), and Lindie Mosehuus (RD, SA), leading clinical experts, share their insights in this calorie-counting guide and recipe book.
